In addition we compete in Hertfordshire's President's Cup and sevens competitions as well as the national Powergen Cup. Recently we have travelled to the sevens in Kinsale, Ireland where we managed to give a good account of ourselves, on and off the pitch.

The standards vary from fast and fit in the 1st team to fart and fat in the 3rds. Which is really another way of saying that whatever your standard, aspirations or athleticism, there is a team for you at the club. We play games throughout Hertfordshire and beyond - occasinally venturing into the suburbs of London in search of opposition.

Our experienced coaching team puts us through the paces every Tuesday and Thursday during the season. The sessions begin at 7.30 and last until about 9.00. (In the evening, you'll be pleased to note!) During the summer months we take a more relaxed approach with lighter, fitness based regimes.
