Dear All,

I hope you had an enjoyable festive period and wish you a Happy New Year 2012. Per various pre-Xmas e-mails and web-site postings, we are hoping to organise a Senior Club Tour to the South-West of France for the weekend Friday 4th May through Monday 7th May. This can only happen if we get sufficient numbers committing to go and stumping up sufficient cash to book flights as soon as possible. Flight costs are reasonable at this stage, but we need to act quickly and make bookings in the coming days.

Therefore, per my pre-Xmas messages, if you would like to tour, please bring a cheque for £200.00 made payable to HRFC to the Club on Saturday 7th January and complete the tour information form which has been posted on the HRFC website.

If we get 20 members saying "yes", flights will be booked and the tour will happen. If we get insufficient interest, cheques will be returned / destroyed, and we can reflect on what may have been :-(

The Senior section of the Club will benefit from an event like this, and we will have lots of fun to boot, so let's do it!

I look forward to the inundation of cheques and tour forms on Saturday :-)
