For your own safety and enjoyment please follow the below guidelines:

1. Pass these guidelines onto any other parties that are using the AGP during your booking

2. Ensure anyone entering the AGP fenced area follows the strict rules about footwear: Astro trainers, flat-soled trainers and blades are not permitted. Boots should have screw-in metal / moulded studs suitable for the appropriate sport. All footwear should be clean This applies to everyone entering the pitch, players, coaches, physios, water carriers, ARs, EVERYONE

3. Access and exit to the pitch is ONLY through the de-contamination area

4. Useful to have spare, clean, balls as going over or through the perimeter fence to retrieve balls is not permitted

5. Only water may be taken onto the AGP - no energy drinks, e.g. Lucozade, etc

6. Access to the changing rooms is not guaranteed, however, if your booking requires changing rooms please contact the club direct to confirm - events@hrfc.com

7. To get the most out of your booking on the pitch please note your booking time needs to be inclusive of warm up/cool down and extra time (if required)

8. Permitted personnel (when not undertaking their duties) remain on the side of the pitch (opposite the Clubhouse) in the marked technical areas

9. Use the attached Accident and Incident Form for any accidents on the pitch during your session. This needs to be handed into the club or emailed to rugby365@rfu.com, upon completion. Alternatively, there is an online form
