Information for Age Groups Planning an Overseas Tour
Any age group planning to travel abroad on tour must download and complete an Overseas Tour Application Form from the Community Rugby section of the RFU Website.
This does not apply to tours within the UK.
The form must be completed by the tour organizer and passed to either the Chairman or Secretary of Harpenden RFC for signature at least 3 weeks prior to the date of departure.
The form is then sent to John Sargeant of the Herts RFU for approval and signature and subsequently forwarded on to the RFU. They need at least 2 weeks notice to ensure that appropriate insurance is put in place.
