Harpenden RFC is proud to support the duo known as the “The Wave Wranglers”, featuring our former 1st XV captain and as they take on the incredible challenge of rowing 3,000 miles across the Atlantic to raise funds for the British Heart Foundation.

Their start from La Gomera has been delayed until Sunday at the earliest due to severe weather, but the team remains fully prepared with pre row tests and training completed.

This Saturday, following our Christmas Lunch and the 1st XV match vs Teddington, we will be hosting a charity auction and raffle in the clubhouse, with a fantastic selection of lots and prizes up for grabs. Including Saracens tickets, PT sessions, gym memberships, rounds of golf, artwork, plenty of booze and much more!

All money raised will go directly to ‘The Wave Wranglers’ fundraising efforts for the BHF.
