Maxine has decided to take a step back and focus on the voluntary work she does for HRFC, so we are looking to recruit a Club Manager that has the following attributes -
1. Excellent multitasking ability.
2. Interpersonal relationship skills.
3. Cash reconciliation experience.
4. Strong leadership ability with previous management or supervisory role.
5. Organisational skills to keep documentation up to date.
6. Previous experience with inventory control.
7. Excellent customer service skills.
8. Knowledge of food, beverage, and hospitality industries.
9. Calm under pressure with good problem solving skills.
10. Enthusiasm and lots of energy.
Applicants will work alongside a small team of staff who will need to be given direction and assisted in the day to day running of a rugby club , duties will include assisting the chef to create menus , order stock , receive deliveries and help to serve when necessary.
The club manager will be responsible to ensure high standards and efficiency of the team whilst delivering excellent business acumen and reporting to Club Chairman .
Working hours vary depending on club activity however applicants will be required to work some evenings and weekends.
