Upon arrival please register your team at control
0745 - Site Opens, please follow signage to parking. Please listen and obey to all staff directions. (Vehicles will NOT be allowed pitch side, disabled parking is limited)
0830-0915 Team registration
0920 - Team manager and coach briefing at control tent.
0945 - Welcome and intro - All teams and attendees infront of grandstand
0930 - Fixtures released on Tournify (teams not registered before 0915 will NOT be allocated fixtures)
0940 - Event opening and photograph
1000 - First matches commence
1200 onwards (Depending on competition) - Knock out matches commence
1700 - Event closes
