Our Mixed Ability team was created in partnership with Saracens Sports Foundations Project Rugby. The team was set up to encourage more adults with learning difficulties to exercise more enjoy the benefits of rugby.

Our mixed ability sessions are run on Thursday evenings and welcome participants and volunteers to join the session on 6th May at 7pm.

The session is for ages 16+ and is free to participate. All new players welcome - no experience required.
