The club can produce membership passes for members' mobile phones. These passes can be used independently of the Pitchero mobile phone app.
Members will be sent an email containing their membership pass. Whilst exact screen layout may vary, Android users will receive an email like

- The passes will be sent to the email address that is stored in your HRFC Pitchero website membership profile are created from data in Pitchero.
- Passes are not automatically updated when Pitchero data is updated. If your pass appears to have incorrect data please contact secretary@hrfc.com.
- Passes will be issued each season and will have a background which will change each season.
- Passes will not store any financial value and cannot be used to pay for anything.
